The In Control Blog has a new article!

Continuing the theme from last month’s article, the article for this month is titled “Why Bother?”. You can access it here: https://www.psychologytoday.com/au/blog/in-control/201811/why-bother. In this article I highlight the fact that some bothers are fleeting but others hang around for much longer. I go on to suggest that the ones that hang around are being fuelled by conflict. To resolve the bother, the conflict must be addressed. Finding the source of the conflict is the key to living a more contented and unbothered life. Sometimes that’s easier said than done but it’s always possible.
